We provide 90 days of provisioning and support from the date of purchase. We provision Wireless WAN device with the appropriate settings to ensure it works in proper order prior to deployment. It includes customized support and training as needed either onsite, on the phone, or remotely/web-based.

Training

We provide remote and onsite training for wireless devices such as BlackBerry, Windows Mobile devices etc., applications and BlackBerry Enterprise Servers (BES).

Application Extension Training: Customers looking to implement and integrate BlackBerry Enterprise solution into their applications, we provide guidance to for services that include BlackBerry browser, BlackBerry Mobile Data System (MDS), Rapid Application Development (RAD) or Java application development.

BES Administrator Training: We provides training for IT administrators to help manage BES environment:

  • Introduction to BES server environments including BlackBerry Infrastructure, PIN-based communication and activation data flow.
  • BES server demonstration on how to manage adding and removing users, IT Policy, resending service books, role-based administration, user groups, software configuration policies, security administration and deployment.
  • Configuration of Best Practices including device imaging, device settings, device deployment, and hardware and software upgrades.
  • Basic BES infrastructure assessment on the messaging platform, hardware location, network allocation and user count/location.
