Return Policy
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return any standard item for any reason within 20 days of purchase for a full refund.

- Please understand that we cannot accept returns for special orders, if stated in writing, while we place your order

Terms & Conditions
- Items must be returned in resaleable condition with all components (chargers for Bluetooth headsets, user manuals, etc.). If a returned item is missing components, we will deduct the cost of these parts from the refund.
- Orders returned more than 20 days after purchase are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- We cannot accept returns after 30 days.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for us to process your return and refund. We will issue a refund in the form of payment used for the original purchase unless requested otherwise.
No-Risk 10-Day Inspection
- If you Not sure which brand or model you need? We’ll deliver multiple items and allow you to return what you don’t need, subject to certain conditions. Return the item, in original condition and product packaging within 10 days of receipt and receive account credit.
Subject to certain conditions To be eligible for credit of the item upon inspection, please inspect product within 24 hours of receipt, ideally the same business day, and notify Saturn Wireless of any damage or shortage immediately. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase beyond damage or shortage, you may return it for a refund or credit within 10 days as follows:
- Performance and delivery guarantee charges must be paid at time of order.
- Repair parts are excluded from this policy: all orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
- Product must be in original condition.
- Product must be in original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
- Product must be returned within 10 days of delivery date (your expense) through a “traceable means” (e.g. certified mail, UPS or Fedex).
- All components and manual must be returned.
- A clear return address must be on the package.
- Credit or refund is issued for returned products less performance and delivery guarantee charges.
- Items not in compliance with this return policy will be returned back to you at your expense.

Damages in Shipment
Regardless of your shipping terms, we will assist you if the merchandise is verified as damaged in transit. If this occurs, please take the following action:
- Do not accept a visibly damaged product unless the person making the delivery has endorsed the air bill/bill of lading with a statement of the extent of the damage.
- If damage is concealed and found after unpacking, retain all packing material and immediately call us at (888) 792 5525. Concealed damage must be reported on the same day of delivery.
- Notifying us within 24 hours (ideally, the same business day) of damages is necessary for us to assist you in filing a claim and making you eligible to receive credit from the carrier. If this step is followed, we can provide you with assistance on the on the claim with the freight carrier. When calling, please have the sales order number at hand.
- Please send us copies of all air bills/bills of lading and inspection reports.
